Join us for an immersive day designed for players who already know the mechanics of Mah Jongg and are ready to elevate their strategic thinking. This retreat focuses on sharpening decision-making, reading players and discards, and confidently shifting gears as the game unfolds.
Your day begins at 10:00 AM with a friendly meet & greet. From there, we'll dive into a skill-building strategy session that helps players learn how to:
- Develop a hand with purpose
- Read players and the table
- Adjust strategy by wall: Early Game, Mid-Game, End-Game
- Evaluate hand strength and adapt accordingly
- Recognize when and how to shift into Defense Mode
After a lunch, which will be provided, we’ll have a Q&A session to address any questions followed by players putting their newfound learning into practice in real-game situations with opportunities to test and refine your evolving strategy in an open play session.
The day wraps up at 3:00 PM.
