Happy Tiles

Our Mahj 102 class this weekend was great fun! This group has been serious about learning and equally as serious about having fun. So it's no surprise that by the third class, all of them have now won Mah Jonggs on their own and have made many happy memories getting there! Lori closed the day with a self-picked jokerless hand winning $1 from each of her table-mates!

Earlier in the day, Peggy won a self-picked concealed hand so even paying Lori, Peggy came out 20¢ ahead for the day! Every penny matters some days, and certainly in early days! Maybe I can convince them both to frame their big wins for posterity (and to intimidate future opponents)!

Next week is our fourth and final class together. These ladies are ready to LAUNCH and will no longer need classes and we are so proud of each of them. I have no doubt we will meet across tiles in the future. I just hope I don't lose too many dollars when we do meet again!
